Transiting your toddlers from breast milk to #homemade milk.

Due a #dairyallergy suffered by Alessandra when she was 3 months old and the problem of low milk supply caused by stress-related issues that Bella experienced post-natal, she decided to create her own plant-based milk formula packed with nutrients and benefits for Alessandra with help from a dietitian.

She felt that homemade milk formula was a great alternative to breastmilk in the event of emergencies or circumstances when the mother is not able to provide for the child if she is unwell, undernourished or simply not present. This homemade milk formula is especially helpful for children with frequent bouts of coughs, wheezing, phlegm, constipation, bloating, eczema, diarrhoea and other illnesses. 

This is a cooking demo where Bella will teach you how to make this milk from scratch. You will receive a copy of the recipe and a set of all the ingredients needed to make this milk.

Light refreshments lovingly made by #thecatkitchen will be served
