Making lunch is essential for me. I usually make my own lunches mostly vegan or vegetarian and really take my time to enjoy it. 
After which I'll burn some aroma while taking a shower.
Come the warm afternoon, I'll hang out in my backyard, get some work done and spend half an hour cat talking.
An effort to dress up at home allows me to feel more energetic and inspired to start the day right.  
And trust me, paying attention to your moods and dressing accordingly to it does wonders to your soul. 
I've always learnt to make time for myself. If not, who will?
