HAWTHORN BERRIES AND SCHISANDRA FRUIT DRINK
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup of dried hawthorn berries
- 1/2 cup schisandra fruit
- 6 cups of water
- 1/2 cup honey rock sugar or raw honey
METHOD
- Rinse hawthorn and schisandra in water
- Boil water in a small pot.
- Add hawthorn and schisandra to boiling water. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Add sugar
- Pour the mixture into a glass pitcher with a sieve. Add ice cubes to serve.
